This role assists with hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready store.

The Assistant Manager will ensure compliance with beverage laws, deliver courteous service, and lead staff to achieve high store inspection scores.

Qualifications

• Retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Able to do basic math at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and complete assigned tasks per company policies and area manager direction.
• Lead and supervise staff, ensuring coverage and performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock readiness for inspections.
