Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role involves training, coaching, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and a welcoming guest experience.

You will lead staff, uphold beverage and safety compliance, and deliver consistent, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and efficient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to learn new tasks and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Work days and hours needed to meet business requirements, typically five days per week, including some weekends.
• Support daily store operations and complete assigned tasks per company policies and area manager direction.
• Ensure compliance with all city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer.
• Lead and assist staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization to achieve high store inspection scores.
• Complete required training and maintain customer-ready standards (restrooms, parking lot, fuel islands, counters, merchandise).
• Ensure accurate cash handling, register balancing, and timely bank deposits.
