Qualifications

• C-store/retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventories.
• Schedule staff and manage labor to meet customer demand and budgets.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Ensure food service, car wash, and retail products meet quality and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and promotions; implement monthly campaigns.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety/compliance standards.
• Collaborate with District Manager to meet company goals.
