Refuel Operating Company, LLC in Arkansas' Lake Village area is seeking a C-Store Manager to run daily store operations at an assigned location. You will oversee scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager, ensuring excellent customer service and profitable food service and car wash operations.

This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Formación

• Experience managing a C-Store or retail location.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising staff and the assistant manager.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cash; monitor shrinkage and variances.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to ensure excellent service.
• Plan and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns.
• Ensure product orders are placed on schedule to maintain stock levels.
