Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staffing, training, and supervision of team members and the assistant manager.
• Manage labor hours to align with customer traffic and labor model targets.
• Ensure daily procedures are followed for cleanliness, stocking, and organization.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotional activities to drive sales and margins.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and report incidents as required.
