Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in c-store and/or retail management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including food service and car wash profits and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop store team members and assistant managers.
• Schedule labor to match customer traffic and targets.
• Enforce procedures to keep store clean, stocked, and well-kept.
• Place product orders to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand.
• Monitor price surveys and complete daily paperwork as required.
