The ideal candidate has C-store or retail management experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including food service and car wash profits and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members and assisting managers to deliver great service.
• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with traffic patterns and labor targets.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Order products accurately to maintain in-stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Monitor price surveys and complete daily paperwork as required by management.
• Track cash, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs; investigate variances.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan monthly promotions and ensure advertising/signage is posted timely.
• Enforce safety and security policies; report incidents as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and the Employee Handbook; perform other duties as assigned.
