This role helps with hiring, training, and developing team members while keeping a clean, well-stocked store and maintaining customer-ready standards; flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. You will lead by example, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold beverage laws and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Basic math skills (eighth-grade level).
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends.
• Cover shifts up to six days per week when needed.
• Lead daily store operations and maintain customer-ready standards.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling and deposits.
• Provide prompt, courteous service.
