Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant managers.
• Control labor, inventory, cash handling, and shrinkage to meet targets.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule labor hours to align with traffic patterns and labor targets.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, cleanliness, stocking, and proper merchandising.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and advertising to maximize profitability.
• Review sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Enforce safety and security policies and company guidelines.
