Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with hours varying by business needs.

The ideal candidate has C-store or retail management experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:
• Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store C-Store Team Member regularly.
• Understanding of c-store operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store including food service and car wash profits and all controllable expenses, including labor and inventory.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop positive individuals to become team members.
• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns and targets.
• Implement daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
• Ensure product orders are placed accurately and on schedule to maintain in-stock levels.
• Monitor daily gasoline price surveys and complete daily paperwork as directed.
• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends.
• Implement monthly promotions and ensure signage is posted on time.
• Enforce safety and security issues and report incidents.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook policies.
