Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in retail sales is required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers is required.
• Strong merchandising skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Enforce company policies, regulations, and audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain positive customer relations and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses and perform financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash, ensuring compliance with banking requirements.
