Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations at assigned locations. You will manage scheduling, training, and supervision of team members and an assistant manager, ensuring excellent guest service and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in c-store or retail management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store including food service and car wash profits and all controllable expenses.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop positive individuals to become members of the team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns.
• Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures through the Customer Ready Book to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept.
• Ensure all product orders are placed accurately and on schedule to maintain proper in-stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors, send price surveys, and complete daily paperwork promptly as established by management.
• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends.
• Implement Monthly promotions, ensure all advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time.
• Enforce and report all safety and security issues, including incidents.
• Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
