Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Manager MIT to oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and an assistant manager. The role reports to the District Manager and is assigned to a specific store with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have C-Store or retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook.
• Manage store profits and controllable expenses including labor and inventory.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Schedule labor hours to align with customer traffic and targets.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
