Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at an assigned location. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising the store team and the assistant manager(s), ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company policies.

You will control labor, inventory, and cash handling, implement promotions, monitor pricing, and maintain a clean, stocked, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager(s).
• Manage labor hours to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.
• Ensure food service, car wash performance, inventory, and cash handling controls are in place and followed.
• Execute and monitor monthly promotions and ensure signage and advertising are timely.
• Maintain safety and security, report incidents, and enforce company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
