This role in Lake City, SC requires flexible availability—evenings, weekends, and some holidays—and may travel up to 10% to support stores. A valid driver’s license and prior C-store or retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in C-Store/retail management.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, scheduling, training, and supervision of team.
• Control labor, inventory, cash handling, and expenses to meet targets.
• Implement promotions and ensure proper signage and advertising.
• Monitor safety and security compliance and address issues promptly.
