• Retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Basic math skills up to eighth grade level.
• On-the-job training provided for new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work required days/hours to meet business needs, typically five days per week, including some weekends.
• Assist with store operations and tasks per policies and area manager direction.
• Ensure compliance with all beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer.
• Lead staff to maintain cleanliness and store inspection scores of 90% or higher.
• Complete training and maintain customer-ready standards (clean restrooms, parking lot, fuel islands, etc).
• Ensure accurate cash handling, register balancing, and timely deposits.
• Adhere to company policies and handbook.
