Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; oversee daily workflow and store coverage.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws and company policies; maintain clean, stocked store.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service and lead staff to achieve high inspection scores.
• Handle cash with accuracy, balance registers, and process deposits on time.
• Lead by example to recruit and supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
