Refuel is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and excellent service standards.

The position emphasizes compliance with beverage laws, accurate cash handling, and maintaining inspection scores. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Basic math skills at an 8th-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided for new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work days/hours required to meet business needs, typically five days per week, including some weekends.
• May be asked to work up to six days per week if operations require.
• Lead shifts and ensure staffing coverage.
• Support daily store operations and follow company policies.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws at city, county, and state levels.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to achieve high store inspection scores.
• Handle cash, balances, and deposits accurately.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies.
