Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, enhancing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role includes hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well‑stocked store and ensuring compliance with beverage laws.

This position offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) with evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends.
• May work up to six days per week if needed.
• Work assigned shifts, including at least two nights per week.
• Support daily store operations and follow company policies.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to achieve high inspection scores.
• Handle cash, balance registers, and make timely deposits.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook policies.
