Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role includes hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities

• Work the days and hours needed to meet business requirements, typically five days per week including some weekends.
• Lead and supervise staff; ensure store coverage and smooth daily operations.
• Maintain compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Handle cash accurately, balance registers, and manage deposits as required.
• Complete required training and maintain customer-ready standards (restrooms, lot, islands).
