Refuel is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves helping with hiring, training, and developing staff while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

The ideal candidate has prior retail or service experience, can manage busy periods, and lead a team with integrity. The position requires flexible evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with a competitive pay rate and benefits.

• Deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members.
