Refuel operates convenience stores; the C-Store Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role assists with hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service is preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math tasks.
• On-the-job training is provided for new team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; keep store well stocked.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily banking as required.
• Support store operations and adhere to policies and area manager directions.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers and enforce beverage laws.
