Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Basic math at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided for new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends.
• Occasionally work up to six days per week when needed.
• Work at least two nights per week.
• Support daily store operations and follow policies.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and customer-ready store.
• Handle cash, balancing registers, and deposits.
• Recruit, hire, and train team members; oversee workflow.
