Senior Community Care of Maryland PACE is hiring a Staffing Coordinator (C.N.A) in Lanham, MD. This full-time role supports scheduling, coordination with agencies, and maintaining accurate home care plans.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization. Requirements include a current CNA license or higher and at least two years of administrative experience; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet

Qualifications

• Current CNA license or higher licensure required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years administrative experience; staffing/scheduling and/or caregiving preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Monitor completion of home care tasks and shifts; report concerns to the Home Care Manager.
• Oversee staffing; develop and update the Home Care schedule one month in advance.
• Coordinate referrals to contracted agencies with approval from Home Care Manager.
• Ensure schedules reflect care needs per IDT approved plan of care.
