Job summary

PACE of West Baltimore is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily living assistance to participants in Baltimore, MD. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, you will support activities of daily living, monitor health status, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires a Maryland CNA certificate, GED or high school diploma, and at least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations; willingness to work full-time and participate in interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience with frail or elderly populations.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric programs preferred.
• Must be an active Maryland CNA.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living.
• Follow facility schedule for daily/weekly tasks.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.
• Attend staff meetings and care planning sessions.
• Maintain written records and confidentiality.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols.
