Job summary

RTM Business Group is seeking a driven Delegate Sales professional to build relationships with C-Level executives for our growth-focused conferences. You will generate attendees through email, social selling, calls and pitches, leveraging a collaborative and training-forward environment.

This hybrid role covers NY, NJ, CT with occasional travel to events nationwide; remote options available in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC and IN, offering extensive training and opportunities for both collaboration

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years in a similar role (B2B preferred).
• Background in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or B2B events.
• Ability to travel.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional & interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive with ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines and follow up effectively.
• Familiarity with technology and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Heavy focus on email marketing and social selling to senior executives.
• Identify pain points and show how programs drive attendance for conferences.
• Serve as the primary contact for executives regarding scheduling and the event.
• Travel nationally for up to 6 events 4–5 days each.
• Create and manage tasks on the CRM and Airtable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce event collateral and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a diverse professional network.
