Job summary

RTM Business Group seeks a Delegate Sales professional to build relationships with C‑level executives and senior leaders. You will drive attendance for our conferences via email marketing, social selling, calls, and pitches, with extensive training and flexible collaboration.

The role is hybrid across NY, NJ, CT with some remote options across several states, offering an opportunity to travel nationwide for events and develop through cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 2 years in a similar role (B2B preferred).
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or B2B events is desirable.
• Travel ability required.

Responsibilities

• Heavy focus on email marketing and social selling.
• Identify pain points and show how programs help attendees.
• Be primary contact for executives regarding scheduling and events.
• Travel nationally up to 6 events, 4–5 days each year.
• Create and manage tasks in CRM (Airtable).
• Collaborate with internal teams on collateral and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a diverse professional network.
