Job summary

Elexity in Portland, Oregon is seeking a detail-oriented C&I Platform Operator to support the performance and reliability of our commercial & industrial platform. You will monitor assets, triage issues, and coordinate with engineering and external stakeholders to maximize uptime.

This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to advanced energy and building systems, with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week and occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; recent graduates invited to apply.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of BMS, HVAC, or energy infra is a strong plus.
• Ability to learn operational workflow tools quickly (Airtable, Slack).
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the C&I platform and sites to ensure uptime and energy efficiency.
• Create, manage, and escalate tickets; coordinate with engineering via Slack.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer questions; assist with troubleshooting.
• Compile regular system health and incident reports for leadership.
• Maintain ongoing operations and incident tracking for management.
