We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical C&I Platform Operator to support the ongoing performance and reliability of the Elexity Commercial & Industrial (C&I) product. In this role, you will serve as the primary frontline monitor for our commercial and industrial field assets. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and reliability through proactive system monitoring, precise incident ticketing, and clear communication with both internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with advanced energy and building systems while helping establish the foundation for our future operations group.
This role is based in Portland, Oregon on a hybrid schedule. You will be required to be in the office a minimum of three days per week to foster team collaboration. Additionally, occasional travel (approximately once per quarter) may be required for site visits, hardware familiarization, or team gatherings
