Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. seeks a skilled operator to manage the central energy plants, including chillers, heat exchangers, pumps, and the water interface cooling compute halls.

You will monitor equipment, maintain setpoints, and log rounds in a demanding, on-site environment in Chillicothe, Ohio. Candidates should have 3+ years in industrial plant or related operations, the ability to read P&IDs or drawings, and comfort with 24/7 operations and change control.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings.
• Comfortable in 24/7 mission-critical environments with structured change control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor central plant equipment and setpoints
• Perform plant rounds, readings, and log-keeping
• Execute plant MOPs and seasonal changeovers
• Respond to plant alarms and abnormal conditions
• Support plant maintenance and vendor activities
