Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Director to drive new loan and deposit opportunities by building and managing client relationships across Milwaukee and Madison. You will lead a team, set sales goals, and coordinate with treasury, wealth, and merchant services to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 years of relevant C&I and/or commercial banking experience.
Proven leadership experience managing relationship managers.
Strong sales, negotiation and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Spearhead development and growth of C&I to generate revenue through client relationships.
Lead the team in Milwaukee and Madison geographies.
Coordinate with Treasury Management, Wealth, Swap, and Merchant Services to deepen client relationships.
Aim to meet or exceed sales goals through proactive activities and client engagement.
