Job summary

SimVentions, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance at NAVAIR-PAX River in St. Mary’s County, MD. On-site presence is required five days a week.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US Citizenship. Key requirements include C++ development, Linux (RHEL), Oracle databases, and Visual Studio; preferred skills include Jira/Confluence, Ada, DOORS or Cameo, and modeling and simulation experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
