Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. The role is on-site at NAVAIR-PAX River, St. Marys County, MD, requiring five days per week in the office and an active Secret Clearance.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, reviewing designs, tests, and documentation to ensure contract requirements are met, and contribute to the development using C++, Linux/RHEL, Oracle, and Visual Studio.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases and Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
