Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts at NAVAIR-PAX River, St. Mary’s County, MD. This on-site role requires an active Secret clearance and US citizenship.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team writing, reviewing, and testing C++ code on Linux (RHEL), with Visual Studio, Oracle databases, and hardware interfaces. Familiarity with Ada, Jira/Confluence, DOORS or Cameo is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
