Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts at NAVAIR-PAX River in St. Mary's County, MD. The role requires on-site presence five days a week and an active Secret clearance.

Candidates should write, review, and test C++ code on Linux (RHEL), with Oracle databases and Visual Studio. BS in engineering or computer science is required; US citizenship is required for clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases and Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
