Responsibilities

• Manage team of program/project managers executing modifications and integration for the C-17 fleet.
• Develop program management capabilities from proposal through contract closeout.
• Oversee approaches in PM areas including EVMS, RIO, schedule and cost management.
• Lead integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and change activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks; exploit opportunities with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with USG/USAF leadership for communications and alignment.
