Job summary

The role requires strong leadership to drive program execution, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and serve as the primary customer contact for program activities while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 12 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Drives program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of program.
• Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
• Analyzing bids, development of WBS / Deliverables / Schedule / Cashflow forecast.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews.
