Job summary

Toyota's Purchasing Supplier Development (PSD) Division is seeking a Buying Systems Analyst with a data analytics mindset to drive reporting and system enhancements. You will evaluate current processes, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and develop dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SAP.

Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential to deliver insights and governance for outsourced supply base initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (4+ years) in a systems development role.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in systems development, including business case development, requirements gathering, collaboration with developers, system implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
Experience documenting, managing, and validating business and user requirements, including support for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience with data modeling, analysis, and reporting using Power Query, Excel, and Power BI.
Experience developing and optimizing automated workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve business processes and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve cross-system issues using root cause analysis.
Coordinate system projects with Information Technology (IT) and business stakeholders.
Support systems budget, project tracking, and governance activities.
Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics (Power BI, SAP, SharePoint).
Communicate project status and insights to leadership.
