Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in purchasing, procurement, or cost/analytics roles with experience building recommendations.
• Experience with cost analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies to maximize supplier base efficiency.
• Support design through value engineering and cost trade-off analyses.
• Establish and monitor cost metrics to guide pricing decisions and approvals.
• Negotiate with suppliers using data-driven insights and benchmarks.
• Prepare dashboards and leadership-ready reports on progress and savings.
• Lead annual price review activities with stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Analyze commodity trends to inform supplier selections and technologies.
• Manage supplier relationships and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
