Job summary

Toyota’s Purchasing Supplier Development (PSD) Division is seeking a Buying Systems Analyst with a data analytics mindset to turn insights into actionable business processes for customers. This role supports SAP and in-house systems, building reporting methods through Power BI and Excel, and collaborating across IT and business stakeholders.

Located in Saline, Michigan, the position emphasizes cross-system problem solving, data modeling, and delivering dashboards that drive informed decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, CS, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in a systems development role with business analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting UAT.
• Data modeling, analysis, and reporting with Power BI/Excel.
• Experience automating workflows with Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve business processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues using root cause analysis.
• Coordinate system projects with IT and business stakeholders.
• Support systems budget, project tracking, and governance.
• Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics (Power BI, SAP, SharePoint).
• Communicate project status and insights to leadership.
