Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is offering a 10‑week Finance internship at our New Jersey headquarters. You will work alongside industry leaders on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning in a leading off‑price retailer.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship from Finance, and cross‑functional exposure, with a hybrid schedule and relocation benefits for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Currently enrolled with graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Affinity for finance, accounting, data analytics or related field.
• Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Support quarterly, monthly and weekly reporting processes.
• Maintain and organize financial data for decision making.
• Help prepare presentations and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on ad hoc projects.
• Learn about Accounting, Accounts Payable, FP&A, and Tax areas.
