Key duties include managing online and phone ups, acquiring used inventory, setting appointments, updating databases, and coordinating with managers to close deals while maintaining a professional appearance and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and internet navigation are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of two years in customer service and sales.
• Dealership sales experience is a plus.
• Professional personal appearance and clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle KBB online and regular phone ups and responses.
• Acquire used inventory for the dealership.
• Answer and review customer inquiries via email, text, chat and phone.
• Call and set appointments for all incoming leads.
• Report issues to the Business Development Manager.
• Receive, analyze, and reply to leads according to scripts.
• Set appointments and discuss prospects with managers.
• Update changes in the database and follow up on outcomes.
• Forward customer concerns to appropriate department managers.
