Younger Auto Group is seeking a KBB Buying Agent to promptly respond to sales leads and follow up to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle customer communications via email and phone according to our high standards.

Responsibilities include managing online and phone ups, acquiring inventory, setting appointments, and reporting issues to the Business Development Manager. This full-time role requires solid communication skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Two years’ experience in Customer Service & Sales.
• Dealership Sales experience is a plus.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must have valid driver license.

• Receive, analyze, and reply to all incoming internet and phone leads according to scripts.
• Set appointments and discuss prospect with appropriate managers.
• Follow up with managers for outcome of set appointments.
• Update changes in database.
• Complete long term follow-up for internet and phone leads.
• Forward any customer concerns to appropriate Departmental Manager noting all problems and potential problems involving concerns, repairs, customers, & equipment.

TheKBB Buying Agent is responsible for timely responses to sales leads, as well as following up on those leads. By his/her actions, the KBB Buying Agent influences the volume of sales business while playing a key role in insuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you willexecute customer communications (email and telephone) in a manner that aligns with our dealership’s highest standards.
