Job summary

Selling With The Snyder Group, a top-producing Houston real estate team, is growing and hiring buyers agents across the Houston area. You bring the commitment and drive; we provide an ISA team, admin and listing support, in-house marketing and daily training on proven models.

The model targets 24–36+ closes in the first full year with low expenses. Through our brokerage we offer revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, vesting plans, and investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with current credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Run PLACE lead generation systems every week.
• Host two open houses each month.
• Turn prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
• Join weekly script practice per team standards.
• Join team activities per team standards.
• Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and the Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.

Build your business on the buyers side with Selling With The Snyder Group, ranked 75th in the country at our team's brokerage for teams our size. We are growing and hiring buyers agents across the Houston area. You bring the commitment and drive. We bring the platform: an ISA team that sets appointments for you, showing partners, admin and listing support, in-house marketing and design, and daily training on proven models. The average agent with 10 years of experience closes 10 to 12 deals a year. On our model, you are set up to close 24 to 36 or more in your first full year, with low to no expenses. Through our team's brokerage, you also get revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, vesting plans, and investment opportunities.

Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones, and overcoming objections does not slow you down. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
