Job summary

PLACE Launch is hiring full-time real estate agents in the Houston area. You will receive extensive support including showing specialists, admin, ISA, listing support, in-house marketing, and daily training on proven models. The model aims to help you close 24–36+ deals in year one with low expenses.

Licensed Texas real estate agents or those pursuing licensure can apply. Expect commission-based earnings with revenue sharing and growth opportunities through PLACE’s brokerage platform, marketing

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Coachable, growth-minded, and organized
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Run PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers and sellers and convert with signed agreements
• Track tasks in PLACE technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Join weekly script practice and team trainings
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching

You bring the commitment and drive. We bring everything behind it: showing specialists, admin, ISA, and listing support, in-house marketing and design, and daily training on proven models. The average agent with 10 years of experience closes 10 to 12 deals a year. Our model sets you up to close 24 to 36 or more in your first full year, with low to no expenses. Through our team’s brokerage, you also get revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, vesting plans, and investment opportunities.
