Responsibilities
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Change Order submissions through the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (OracleCloud).
- Monitor and manage all PRs and Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the PR/PO Lifecycle.
- Understand the end-to-end Procurement process and related policies to guide and educate internal stakeholders.
- Perform routine PO maintenance activities, including transfer of PR/PO ownership and closure of expired POs.
- Understand roles and responsibilities within Procurement verticals and cross-functional teams to direct internal customers appropriately.
- Read, understand, and interpret commercial terms within supplier agreements.
- Identify and record non-compliant Purchasing activities as per internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with monitoring, triaging, and resolving tickets within the Procurement Help Desk.
- Respond promptly to internal customers and partners, driving issues toward resolution per SLAs.
- Provide high-quality customer service to stakeholders.
- Compile, validate, analyze, and present reporting data for stakeholders.
- Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and circulate detailed internal resource guides.
- Collaborate with IT to translate purchasing needs into technical specs.
- Support ad-hoc projects and monitor their progress.
Qualifications
- Focused experience in indirect procurement categories (e.g., Professional Services, Marketing, SaaS).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions based on policies and best practices.
- Proficiency with Source to Pay (S2P) processes, especially PR/PO lifecycles.
- Experience with procurement systems (OracleCloud preferred), JIRA, and CLM tools.
- Familiarity with Financial and Accounting Coding related to POs.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Forecast procurement needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable attitude.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an indirect procurement analyst/buyer.
