Job summary

Coc Auto, Llc is seeking an Express Service Representative to serve as the primary link between the Service Department and Express Service customers. You will maximize express service and parts sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

Reports to the Service Manager. Prior retail or automotive service sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.

Job Summary

The Express Service Representative (ESR) is the primary contact between the Service Department and Express Service customers. Primary goals are to provide outstanding customer service while maximizing the sales of express services and related parts.

Reports to

The Express Service Representative generally reports directly to the Service Manager.

Duties

• Sell Express services and related parts to customers
• Identify customer requests and qualify vehicle for Express Service
• Conduct a limited vehicle walk-around
• Present multi-point inspection results to customers
• Recommend needed express services and related parts
• Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle
• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies
• Maintain current knowledge of Subaru vehicle service requirements, operations, warranties and campaigns, and Technical Service Bulletins
• Maintain current knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to automotive service and repair, including lemon laws
• Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership policies
