Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant to support dine-in and takeout operations. You will help with cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and supporting catering orders when needed to create an exceptional guest experience.

Role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ability to multitask in a busy Pan-Asian restaurant environment. Training is provided, and eligibility for benefits varies by hours worked.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be able to operate POS system and kitchen equipment.
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify items for takeout and catering, guide guests, answer questions.
• Review orders with guests at pickup/delivery, ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver hospitality and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables; reset as needed.
• Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations.
• Understand seating layout and delivery flow inside the restaurant.
• Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
