P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant to support dine-in and takeout operations, keep tables clean, and assist with catering orders. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement as part of a guest-first Pan-Asian dining experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer and POS system.
• Ability to follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Possess a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or assistance to obtain.
• Need to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their experience and take, place, and review orders for takeout and catering.
• Know the menu to assist guests with takeout and catering selections and answer questions.
• Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver a hospitality experience that exceeds guests' expectations.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables and bussing dishes; reset tables as needed.
• Move bus tubs from bar to kitchen dishwasher station.
• Restock and maintain all restaurant stations.
• Understand seating layout and how food is delivered within the restaurant.
• Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
