P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for a Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant to support dine-in and takeout operations.

Responsible for clearing and resetting tables, delivering food, assisting with catering orders, and upholding exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. We offer competitive pay ($18.42 - $20.42/hour base + tips), flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, discounted meals, and benefits for qualifying team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be able to operate a POS system and kitchen equipment.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through takeout and catering orders.
• Review orders for accuracy at pickup or delivery.
• Deliver hospitality and exceed guest expectations.
• Restock and clean restaurant stations and bussing areas.
• Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
